David Hall is one of three freshmen-only apartment buildings. It houses approximately 106 first-year
students. Each unit offers apartment-style living with private bedrooms, living room,
full-size kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer.
While the building is coed, individual units are same gender. All apartments are furnished with nine-month, academic-year leases.
The popular three-story hall is named for Nancy Randolph Davis, OSU distinguished alum and noted as the first African-American to enroll at OSU,

Davis Hall is located in the North Monroe Neighborhood next to the Griffith Community
Center. North Dining and Adams Market are nearby.
