Payne Ellis Hall is a three-story building, located on the north side of McElroy Rd., and home to 60+ undergraduates of all classifications and majors, including first-year students. Each unit offers apartment-style living with private bedrooms, living room, full-size kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer.
While the buildings are coed, individual suites are same gender. All suites are furnished with nine-month, academic-year leases. ADA options available.
Payne Ellis Hall is named for distinguished community leader Nancy Payne Ellis who was also student in OSU Human Environmental Sciences.

Location

Payne Ellis Hall is part of the Morrison Neighborhood along with Carreker East and West and McPherson Hall. The hall is served by the Griffith Community Center, which is just a four minute walk away. There is a bus stop for the OSU Transit System, and there is ample off-street parking.
