Since 2006, The Villages have provided "the suite life" for approximately 150 undergraduates
per building (A-F). The private bathroom and one/two bedroom suites also provide an
environment where you can get to know your neighbors with common areas (living rooms,
kitchens and laundries) and gathering spaces for recreation and study.
While The Villages are coed, individual units are same gender. All units in Village E are furnished with nine-month, academic-year leases.
Spears Business occupies the fourth floor of Village E and F.
Location
Village E is located on the east side of the Village Neighborhood on Cleveland St.
and Farm Rd. The Colvin Recreation Center is nearby, and several dining options are
located across the street in Kerr-Drummond Hall. The University Health Center is located
across Farm Road from Village E.
