» Each hall is home to approximately 160 students
Zink-Allen Halls feature deluxe-suite style living with two different floor plans
and are open to all classifications of students. While the four-story buildings are
coed, the suites are same gender. The halls offer free laundry facilities, community
kitchens and study and recreational spaces. All suites are furnished and offer nine-month,
academic-year leases,
The halls are named for OSU alums and business leaders John Zink and Wayne Allen.
Location
Zink-Allen Halls is near the University Commons, Booker-Stinchcomb Halls and the North
Monroe Neighborhood. The hall is close to dining options and busing.
