Stillwater, OK 74078-2051
Conference Services is not responsible for lost mail or packages. We cannot guarantee delivery of mail or packages. We discourage any participant staying on campus for less than a week to plan on receiving mail.
Coin-operated machines are located in all community style residence halls. Suite buildings offer free laundry on each floor.
All damages, cleaning expenses, etc. will be billed to the conference. The conference host is responsible for all damages that occur during their stay on campus and is therefore responsible for collecting from individual participants for any damages or other charges.
The rates for lost keys vary from $60 in the community style halls, village suites, and west and center Bennett, to $150 each for the Deluxe suites and East Bennett.
OSU is a permit-only campus. When scheduling your conference, you will need to provide Conference Services with information regarding the number of parking permits needed for your conference. Your conference will be charged $1.00 for each permit requested. This number should include any permits needed for last-day festivities that might include parents or other visitors. Conference Services is not responsible for any tickets a guest receives.
All facilities on the OSU campus are smoke-free.
Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages, including 3.2 beer, in any residence hall or on university grounds is prohibited.
As a rule, conferences should provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 limit per occurrence no later than thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of the scheduled conference. This certificate of insurance should name the University as the additional insured.
OSU Residential Life Conference Services requires that all youth of high school age or younger be supervised by an adult at all times when they are in the residence halls or dining facilities. Unless otherwise specified, the acceptable ratio of staff to participants is 1:20.
