Cowboy Carriers is a 100% volunteer-led experience that helps our students and their families as they move to campus and prepare for the new school year. Each and every year, we take particular precautions to ensure the safety and security of our volunteers, incoming residents, and families. This year in particular we will be taking extra measures to make sure that these procedures are being met.
Want to get involved?
Every year, in August, thousands of new residents will be checking into their residence halls. We need your help with Cowboy Carriers! Volunteers are needed for the following task during move-in:
- Sanitizing Carts
Your safety is our number one priority, at each volunteer station there will be:
- Hand sanitizer
- Cleaning products
Oklahoma State University is adhering to CDC guidelines with respect to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing, the wearing of facial coverings and good hand hygiene are just a few of the expectations for campus visitors and those attending OSU activities until further notice. We urge everyone to take personal responsibility in following recommended guidelines, as only through a collective, cooperative effort can we help protect our campus community. We appreciate your full cooperation for the continued support of our community’s health and well-being.
Please join us for a fun, safe, community friendly day, and help us provide a big ORANGE WELCOME!
