But a school must allow transgender students to access housing consistent with their gender identity and may not require transgender students to stay in single-occupancy accommodations or to disclose personal information when not required of other students.
  • Nothing in Title IX prohibits a school from honoring a student’s voluntary request for single- occupancy accommodations if it so chooses. If you need special accommodation, please contact Office of Multicultural Affairs at (405)744-5481.
  • Residents who are required to register their name and home address with any local or state law enforcement agency as a result of a criminal offense are required to disclose this information in writing to the Director of Housing and Residential Life, prior to checking-in to their assignments for review.
