The Demaree Neighborhood offers unfurnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units for families or roommates of same gender who meet the Family and Graduate Student Housing (FGSH) residency requirements.
Built in 1962, the Demaree buildings are two stories with ample parking and open green
spaces. It's conveniently located next to the University Laundry and the Family Resource
Center.
