Early Arrival Request

To request an early move-in date, submit an Early Arrival Request form, which can be found under the Forms tab after you log into the OSU Housing Portal.

• Without an approved request, you must check in at your scheduled time. If you need to adjust your check-in appointment, you can do so in the portal.
• Arriving before your scheduled check-in time without approval will result in an early arrival/move-in fee, plus the daily room rate for each day before your assigned check-in date.
• Please note that if you arrive early, your room may not yet be available, cleaned, or have completed maintenance preparations.
