OSU offers three primary living experiences: Community, Suite and Apartment. Explore the options, compare bedroom arrangements and lease periods, and find a space that fits your needs.

Compare lease options
Lease periods vary by residence hall and apartment neighborhood.
- 9-month Academic-year lease: Primarily for first-year students who need housing during the academic year.
- 10-month Academic Plus lease: Aug. 1 through May 31. Designed for upper-division students who benefit from 36 additional days during the fall and spring semesters, with the option to add summer housing.
- 12-month Annual lease: July 1 through June 30. Designed for upper-division students who need housing through the summer and between academic years.
