What’s Included
Housing rates are per person and include:
Utilities: electric, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet, and Wi-Fi
Free use of laundry facilities
Furnished units for all undergraduate housing
Note: Monthly rates are provided for comparison purposes only. Residents are billed by semester.
Undergraduate housing
- Academic Year. Beginning the Wednesday before classes start in August through the end of the spring semester in May
- Fall Semester. Beginning the Wednesday of classes in August through the end of December
- Spring Semester. End of December through the end of the spring semester in May
- Summer Semester. Middle of May through the beginning of August
Apartment Neighborhoods
The apartment neighborhoods are ideal for upper-class undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students, as well as single students, married couples and families. Apartment rates are split between roommates or charged in full if occupied by one student.
Year-round housing leases follow the academic year, with eligibility for a summer extension. Residents approved to remain in their apartments during the summer term will incur an additional cost.
