  • Shared bedroom with 2 beds (XL twin)
  • Community bathrooms with single-stall toilets and showers

• Modified Traditional: University Commons Complex
  • $28.25 per person
  • Shared bedroom with 2 beds (XL twin)
  • Community bathrooms with single-stall toilets and showers
  • Community laundries, kitchens and lounges
  • View location, amenities, photos and videos for the complex:
    • Commons North
    • Commons South
    • Commons West
• Deluxe Suites
  • $31.50 per person
  • Deluxe suites offer two floor plans for units with 1 living room, 1 kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and either 2 (shared) or 4 (private) bedrooms
  • Full-size beds
  • Community laundries, kitchens and lounges
  • View locations, amenities, photos, videos and floor plans for each hall:
    • Bennett Hall (includes suites and deluxe suites)
    • Booker-Stinchcomb Halls

• The Plus Upgrade

  Cost of the bundle plus $7.25

  • Staff makes the bed and places the rest of the bundle's contents on the bed for each guest.

Additional Fees or Costs

• Lost or Damaged Keys

  Staff charges a $100 key replacement fee for each lost or damaged key—regardless of housing style.

• Damages to OSU Property
  Staff checks for damages to OSU property (rooms, halls or grounds) and assess charges following each checkout.
• Meeting Spaces and Equipment

  Meeting spaces, equipment (such as folding tables and chairs) and audiovisual equipment can be made available upon request. Rental or usage fees may apply.

• Licensed Caterers

  OSU allows licensed caterers on campus at no charge; however, the catering staff must be accompanied at all times.

• Parking Permits

  Every vehicle must have a parking pass/permit to park on campus. Contact the OSU Parking and Transportation Services
  for rates and instructions for purchasing and using your parking permit.
