Village F offers nine month contracts to all classification of students in all majors. The four floor building features close knit communities with shared spaces like kitchens, study rooms and balconies or patios. Village F houses 154 students and is co-ed.
The Spears School of Business  Living Learning Program is located on the fourth floor of the hall.  


Village F is located on the east side of the Village Neighborhood on Cleveland and Farm Roads. The Colvin Recreation Center is across the street, and several dining options are located across the street in Kerr-Drummond Hall. The University Health Center is also close by.
