Zink-Allen Halls are open to all classifications of students with each hall home to
approximately 160 residents. The units feature deluxe-suite style living with two
different floor plans.
While the four-story buildings are coed, the individual units are same gender. The
halls offer free laundry facilities, community kitchens and study and recreational
spaces. All units are furnished and offer nine-month, academic-year leases,
The halls are named for OSU alums and business leaders John Zink and Wayne Allen.
Location
Zink-Allen Halls are connected buildings near the University Commons and part of the
North Monroe Neighborhood. Served by Griffith Community Center, the halls are close to dining options and OSU bus routes.
