The OSU Board of Regents approves room rates during the summer.  
NEW for 2023-24 Academic Year: We will assign timeslots for room selection based on the date you paid your enrollment depositnot the date you completed the housing application. You may submit the housing application anytime during February. If you need to make edits, ask questions or need more time to complete the application, your room selection timeslot will not change.
Room selection begins on April 3. Thank you and go Pokes!

Policies and Procedures

Safety

OSU takes your student's safety very seriously, and provides security phones across campus, hall member(s) on duty in each hall 24 hours a day, and one of the fastest response times of any police department.

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

The essence of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is to give a student the right to inspect his or her education records and to protect the privacy of these records.

Parental Notification Policy

Oklahoma State University enacted a new policy at the beginning of the fall 2002 semester, which permits selected University Administrators to notify the parents of students who are under 21 and found responsible for violating the University's Alcohol and Drug Policies.
