Be part of our Cowboy family! If you need to register for housing for the upcoming spring semester only, log in to the OSU Housing Portal.

Note: Information below may be updated as needed. All activities close at 11:59 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Key Dates for Spring 2025

(Dec. 1 at 10 a.m.) Housing registration opens Sunday, December 1 for both incoming first-year freshmen and current OSU students needing to register for OSU Housing for Spring 2025.
- To start the registration process, log in Housing Registration (via OSU Housing Portal).
- Also, visit the Hall Finder to learn about housing style preferences, hall amenities and rates.
- Students will rank housing style preferences (traditional, suites, deluxe suites and apartments).
(Week of Dec. 16) Room assignments for spring housing are sent to OSU email addresses.
- Room assignments are sent to OSU email addresses throughout December.
- If you have not received your room assignment by Monday, January 6, contact reslife@okstate.edu
(Jan. 5) Deadline for Housing Exemption Request for the Freshman Residency Requirement.
- Go to the

(Sunday, Jan. 5) Last day to cancel with partial refund of housing deposit,

(Jan. 10-12) Spring Move-In Days
- Go to the appropriate Desk Services location to pick up your keys.

(By May 10 at noon) Spring Move-Out Days
Review Move-Out Overview for detailed information.
- Move-out must be completed 24 hours after OSU's last finals (Saturday, May 10 at noon).
- Graduating seniors have until Sunday, May 11 at 1 p.m. to move out.
