Traditional Halls
The Classic Residential Experience
Traditional halls, with double occupancy and community bathrooms, are the most common
living experience on campus. Research shows that students in traditional halls are
more likely than not to have successful academic experiences, meet new people, socialize,
and build resilient friendship support networks.
» Modified Traditional Halls
The University Commons Complex provides a modified traditional experience where small blocks of six to eight rooms share a common bathroom. Commons North is OSU's only all-women hall.
