University Commons South offers a modified traditional residential life experience. As part of the University Commons Complex, it opened in 2015 and is now home to 300+ residents,
While the building is coed, individual rooms are same gender with men and women living in different areas. Community bathrooms are provided for small groupings (six to eight rooms) and are conveniently located in each living area.
All rooms are furnished and offer nine-month, academic-year leases,
Outdoor Adventure occupies the first floor.

Location

The University Commons Complex is conveniently located next door to the North Dining Hall and across the street from the Colvin Recreation Center at the corner of Cleveland Street and Hall of Fame Avenue.
