and help welcome guests from across the region to Oklahoma State University.
Each spring semester, Housing and Residential Life hires multiple student employees to support summer conferences, camps and events. These roles offer hands-on experience in customer service, operations and teamwork while helping create a positive experience for conference guests.

Summer Conference Services team members play an important role in coordinating arrivals and departures, assisting guests and supporting daily operations throughout the summer.

- Click on the “Students and Alumni” tab.
- Then click on the “Hire System Login” on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Log-on and search for the positions 1) conference leader and 2) conference assistant to apply.
