Since 2006, The Villages have provided "the suite life" for approximately 150 undergraduates
per building (A-F). The private bathroom and one/two bedroom suites also provide an
environment where you can get to know your neighbors with common areas (living rooms,
kitchens and laundries) and gathering spaces for recreation and study.
While The Villages are coed, individual units are same gender. All units in Village B are furnished with nine-month, academic-year leases.
Location
Part of The Villages Neighborhood, Village B at the corner of Cleveland St. and Oliver Lane near Patchin-Jones and University Assessment and Testing. Several dining options are close by, including the new Central Market Place across the street.
