The Stevens Neighborhood offers two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments for students
who qualify for year-round housing registration.
Built in 1964, the two-story buildings feature off-street parking, playground equipment,
and open green spaces ideal for outdoor activities. Located on the north side of Hall
of Fame Avenue, Stevens is conveniently adjacent to the intramural fields.
Units are unfurnished, giving residents the flexibility to create their own living
space. All utilities are included—electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet
and Wi-Fi.
To assist with move-in planning, room dimensions are provided so you can determine
what furniture to bring.
Location
The Stevens area is located adjacent to the Intramural Fields and is within easy walking
distance of the Family Resource Center.
