FGSH Apartments: 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom

Built in 1964, the West Neighborhood is the only fully-furnished neighborhood in Family and Graduate Student Housing (FGSH). These apartments are available for families or roommates of same gender who meet the residency requirements.
All of the two-bedroom/one-bathroom units are in two story buildings and feature tile flooring, ample parking areas and open green spaces nearby.
The monthly rate includes the following utility bills (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet, Wi-Fi, cable television) and free use of the laundry.
To help you determine what furniture to bring, room dimensions are provided below.

The West Neighborhood is conveniently located directly across from the Family Resource Center and University Laundry on McElroy Road.
