• After submitting your form, you’ll be notified by email whether:
  • You’ve been approved for a room change (with your new assignment), or
  • Your request will remain on the waitlist for the next review period.
• Room change requests are processed every three weeks, based on availability.
• Definitions:
  • Round Cutoffs: Requests summitted by each cutoff date are reviewed during the corresponding round.
  • Offer  Week: Residents selected for a room change will receive an email with their new assignment.
  • Transfer Window: The dates when approved residents can complete their move.

• Pick up the keys to your new space at the Desk Service for the area you’re moving to during its service hours. Visit Desk Services: Hours and Locations.
• Follow the Express Checkout process to leave your old space.
