Activities for Toddlers through Teens

The Family Resource Center (FRC) provides program for children in the apartment neighborhoods of Brumley, Demaree, Prosser, Stevens, West and Williams. Children must be registered and attend a mandatory parent meeting at the FRC to participate in the programs.


Fall 2026 Schedule

  • Toddler Time (Ages 2 to 4)
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10 to 11:20 a.m.
    • The goal of this program is to support and enhance the development of children ages 2-4 and focuses on providing children with unique social and learning experiences. Children will participate in many developmentally appropriate activities including story time, group activities, arts, crafts and imaginative play, and snack time.
    • Monday through Thursday 3 to 5 p.m. and Friday 2:15 to 5 p.m.
    • The goal of this program is to provide children in Pre-K and Kindergarten with meaningful learning experiences through various activities, crafts, games, and other personal exploration activities that they will not experience in their traditional school day.
    • Monday through Thursday 3 to 5 p.m. and Friday 2:15 to 5 p.m.
    • The goal of this program is to provide first through third-grade students with meaningful learning experiences through various activities that they will not experience in their traditional school day. We will prioritize fun, learning and social engagement.
    • Monday through Thursday 3 to 5 p.m. and Friday 2:15 to 5 p.m.'
