International Student Check-In Process

Welcome to OSU! Fall 2026

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we have provided the following information.

Before you arrive

• Review the Recommended Packing List for essential items to pack, as well as some optional items to bring with you to campus.
• Make sure you have completed your housing registration and received your room assignment.
• You may set up an account to connect to Wi-Fi when you move in.

Residential Hall Check-In Process

• The earliest day you can check into a residence hall is Friday, August 8, 2026.
• For desk hours and locations for your hall, visit Desk Services.
• If you arrive and your desk is closed, you may call the Village A at 405-744-3038 for assistance.
