Move-In Process
Move-in times for Monday, Aug. 12 are listed below by floor. You may not move in earlier than your designated time.
You must present a valid photo ID in order to receive keys, and you'll need your cell phone to complete all acknowledgment forms.
The Midtown office will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Aug. 12.

If you're unable to arrive on Aug. 12, you can check in any time during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. or Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
Bring documentation to move In
In order to move in, please come prepared with the following information:
- Complete your application for a criminal background check (Midtown will email you instructions and the background check will be completed at no cost to you)
- Copy/photo of government issued ID
- Contact information updated (phone number, email address)
- Vehicle information (for parking permit)
- Opt in for text/email notifications
