- $750 per month
- $3,375 per semester
- $6,750 for the full 9-month contract from Aug. 12, 2024–May 11, 2025
Move-In Process
Your designated move-in is Monday, Aug. 12 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Please check in at the One on 4th leasing office located at 713 W 4th Ave (across from the McKnight Center and the 4th
Ave Parking Garage). The office will be open until 4 p.m. on Aug. 12 to accommodate
late arrivals.
If you're unable to check-in on Aug. 12, please coordinate another check-in date/time
directly with One on 4th by calling
580-405-6111 during regular business hour:
- Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (office will close at 4 p.m. on Aug 12-13)
- Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday noon to 4 p.m.

Residents are responsible for providing bedding, pillows, toiletries, decorations,

small tool kit and toilet plunger.
