Suite-style living offers an added level of privacy and comfort beyond the Community Plus style, while maintaining opportunities for connection and shared experiences. Residents have access to free laundry facilities, community kitchens and plenty of shared spaces for studying, socializing and recreation.

Several Living Learning Programs are housed in The Villages, creating opportunities for students with shared academic interests to live and learn together.

Suites are available in three styles:

• Standard suites offer private or shared bedrooms with a shared, in-unit bathroom.
• Plus suites build on the standard style with enhanced common spaces, such as a separate living room or other added amenities.
• Signature suites offer a private bedroom and private, in-unit bathroom.

Lease options vary by village and hall:

• 9-month Academic Year lease
• 10-month Academic Plus lease
