Welcome to Oklahoma State University Housing and Residential Life! We're excited you've chosen to make campus your home. Year-round housing includes apartments in Brumley, Demaree, Prosser, Stevens, West and Williams neighborhoods.
Use this guide to prepare for move-in and make your arrival as smooth as possible.

What OSU Housing and Residential Life provides
Most year-round housing apartments are unfurnished.
The West Neighborhood apartments are furnished.
» Move-in Day
During check-in, each leaseholder should complete the following steps.

Step 1. Review your assignment
Before arriving, review your housing assignment to confirm:
- Apartment neighborhood
- Apartment number
- Move-in information

Step 2. Arrive for your scheduled check-in
Residents may check in at Family Resource Center (719 N. Walnut St.) and pick up apartment keys August 12–13.
Need to arrive on a different day?
Contact the Occupancy Team at reslife@okstate.edu to request approval before arriving.
Please do not arrive early unless you have received written approval. Apartments may still be undergoing cleaning or maintenance before your scheduled move-in.
Review possible fines and fees for improper check-in at Financial Responsibility.

Step 3. Check in and pick up your keys
Bring:
- Your assignment information
- A government-issued or university photo ID
At check-in, you'll receive:
- Your welcome packet
- Apartment key(s)
- After moving in, inspect your apartment. If you notice any existing damage, complete the Move-In Damage Report Form in Roompact.
