International Student Check-In Process

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we have provided the following information.

Review the Recommended Packing List for essential items to pack, as well as some optional items to bring with you to campus.
Make sure you have completed your housing registration and received your room assignment.
You may set up an account to connect to Wi-Fi when you move in.

For desk hours and locations, visit Desk Services.
The earliest day you can check into a residence hall is Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

If you are arriving between Wednesday, August 7 and Sunday, August 11, 2024, you will check in at the Desk Services location that serves your residential hall. If you arrive after the desk is closed, you may call the on-call number at 405-612-3327.
If you arrive on or after Monday, August 12, 2024, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., you will check in at your assigned residential hall. See Hall Finder for building location.
If you arrive on or after Monday, August 12, 2024, after 3 p.m., you will check in at the Desk Services location that serves your residential hall. If you arrive after the desk is closed, you may call the on-call number at 405-612-3327.
