The Demaree Neighborhood offers unfurnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units for families or roommates of same gender who meet the Family and Graduate Student Housing (FGSH) residency requirements.
Built in 1962, the Demaree buildings are two stories with ample parking and open green spaces. It's conveniently located next to the University Laundry and the Family Resource Center.
The monthly rate includes the following utility bills (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet, Wi-Fi, cable television) and free use of the laundry.
To help you determine what furniture to bring, room dimensions are provided below.

The Demaree Neighborhood is on the south side of McElroy near the Family Resource Center and the Neal Patterson Stadium.
