The Williams Neighborhood offers unfurnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units for families or roommates of same gender who meet the Family and Graduate Student Housing (FGSH) residency requirements.
The neighborhood is composed of two building styles: Williams 12-15, built in 1957, are a one-story buildings; while Williams 101-105, built in 1962, are two-storied buildings.
Located next to the FGSH garden plots, the neighborhood has ample off-street parking and open green spaces for residents to enjoy.
The monthly rate includes the following utility bills (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet, Wi-Fi, cable television) and free use of the laundry.
To help you determine what furniture to bring, room dimensions are provided below.

Location

The Williams Neighborhood located north of McElroy Road and surrounded by McDonald and Tyler Streets on the northwest side of campus. It's near by the Family Resource Center
