The neighborhood is composed of two building styles: Williams 12-15, built in 1957,
are a one-story buildings; while Williams 101-105, built in 1962, are two-storied
buildings.
Located next to the FGSH garden plots, the neighborhood has ample off-street parking and open green spaces for residents
to enjoy.
The monthly rate includes the following utility bills (electric, gas, water, sewer,
trash/recycling, internet, Wi-Fi, cable television) and free use of the laundry.

The Williams Neighborhood located north of McElroy Road and surrounded by McDonald
