Brumley Neighborhood
Apartments: 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom
» On-site laundry
The Brumley Neighborhood features unfurnished, two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments
in classic two-story buildings with enclosed breezeways, built in 1961. Residents
enjoy off-street parking and open green spaces perfect for picnics, games, and outdoor
relaxation.
Beginning with the 2025–2026 academic year, vacated apartments will be assigned to
undergraduate students on nine-month academic leases. While the neighborhood is coed,
each unit is same gender. Housing rates include all utilities—electric, gas, water,
sewer, trash/recycling, internet, and Wi-Fi—as well as free use of an on-site laundry
facility.
To help plan your move, room dimensions are provided below to guide you on what furniture
to bring.
