Community Mentors
A community mentor (CM) is a student staff member who under the supervision of an assistant residential community educator (ARCE), serves as a peer mentor to provide advocacy, intervention, mentorship, and support to all residential students.
There are so many great opportunities within Housing and Residential Life, and being a CM is one. Find out why community mentors love being a part of OSU. CMs receive housing and a meal plan as remuneration for their services.

Seminar topics are focused on leadership development and recognizing how individual processes and values impact interpersonal and community relationships, in order to understand how to build communities where all students belong.
