- One bill. There's value in living in university housing. Furnished units, rent, utilities, 24-hour maintenance, cable and internet are rolled into one bill.
- Nine-month lease. Your lease (pdf) begins in the fall and runs through the spring semester. Ask about summer leases, too.

- Technology. ResLife provides fast, personal at-home-style Internet and Wi-Fi service with great customer support. Look for computer labs/printers near Desk Services.
- 24/7 repairs and maintenance are a phone call away.
- Desk Services. Each hall is served by desk assistants who help with locked-outs, lost keys, and mail and packages.

In addition to the professional team, dedicated student employees help fellow residents
by providing day-to-day services and support to ensure everyone has a safe and successful
academic career.
- Community mentors (CM) are fellow students trained to help you navigate college life and make the most of living on campus.
- Beyond the classroom. Consider applying for one of the Living Learning Programs and stay engaged—even when classes are over.
- Meet new friends. Residential halls are close-knit communities with friends-to-be around the corner or next door.
