What we do for you!

Desk assistants help connect residents with full-time staff; check out games and sports equipment; assist with locked outs, lost and found, lost keys; manage mail and package distribution; and report maintenance issues; and more.

Desks hours for Winter Break (Dec. 14-Jan. 4)

Sunday, Dec. 14

All desks are open Sunday, December 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m..

Monday, Dec. 15 through Sunday, January 4 (See holiday exceptions below)

Village A is open 24/7.
Griffith Community Center is open from 8 a.m. to midnight on weekdays and noon to midnight on weekends.
Desks for Stout, Commons, Wentz, Bennett and Pattillo Community Center are closed.

Christmas: Wednesday, Dec. 24 through Friday, Dec. 26

- Village A and Griffith Community Center to close at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 24 and reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, December 26.

New Years: Wednesday, Dec. 31 through Friday, Jan. 2

- Village A and Griffith Community Center to close at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31 and reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, January 2.

Monday, January 5

All desks open for regular hours at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 5.

Family Resource Center (FRC) (Dec. 24-Jan. 5)

- FRC will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23 reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, January 5.
