What’s Included
Housing rates are per person and include:

Utilities: electric, water, sewer, trash/recycling, cable television, internet, and Wi-Fi

Free use of laundry facilities

Furnished units for all undergraduate housing
Note: Monthly rates are provided for comparison purposes only. Residents are billed by semester.
Undergraduate housing
- Academic Year. Beginning the Wednesday before classes start in August through the end of the spring semester in May
- Fall Semester. Beginning the Wednesday of classes in August through the end of December
- Spring Semester. End of December through the end of the spring semester in May
- Summer Semester. Middle of May through the beginning of August
Graduate, married with or without dependents, single with dependents.
- Year-round Housing Lease. Eligible students are assigned to an apartment neighborhoods for the academic year, with an option for a three-month summer extension if enrolled for the following fall semester.
